Our specially formulated Turmeric Sauce is a perfect blend of natural spices that adds incredible flavours when fried with rice, which can be served as a meal on its own. This unique ready-to-use mix also a perfect complement to all types of dishes like stir fried meat/fish.

Ingredient(s): Canola Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Garlic, Bird's Eye Chilli, Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Yeast Extract, Salt.
Cooking Directions
1) 1 bottle (200g) Way Turmeric Sauce. Add 100g coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 800 chicken/seafood cut into bite size, and 50g water.
2) Cook for 5 minutes, or until chicken/seafood is cooked. Serve.
Storage Method
Store in cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
Shake well before use.
