The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products had been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
1.Products can only be returned if INCORRECT or DAMAGED.
- A product is considered DAMAGED if found so at the time of delivery.
- A product is INCORRECT if the product type or code/name is not as ordered. For INCORRECT products, we do not accept returns if the original packaging (box, tamper-evident seal, plastic wrap, or seal tape) has been removed or damaged.
2.Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please fill up Return Request Form and upload all the supporting documents upon receipt of defective or sent wrongly items.
3.Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within three (3) working days for further instructions. To exchange the item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchange.
*Return shipping cost (if any) will be reimbursed to you once we have confirmed the product is indeed INCORRECT or DAMAGED.
4.Any refunds shall be processed via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card.
5.Exchange will be made upon receipt of the original product, subject to stock availability. If no stock is available, a refund will be provided. Refund/replacement generally takes 7 days, however, may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times.
