Can I call customer service to place an order?
We can assist you to place your order and you may call us at +6010-900 0328 from Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM GMT+8 for assistance.
Can I request for self-pickup?
Yes. During your checkout process and select “self-pick up” method. Wholesome Living HQ located in Kelana Square, Petaling Jaya. Remember to contact our customer service before collecting your items.
How to remove an item in your shopping cart?
To remove an item in your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on right top of the shop page, click on “dustbin” icon to remove the item. Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order. We will also send email notifications to keep you updated frequently on your order status.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
How can I change delivery address, phone number or recipient for my existing order?
If you want to change phone number or recipient for an existing order, please send us your inquiry to customer service and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you want to change your account information or future order information, you can log in to your account and update your profile page.
Can I change or cancel an item in my existing order?
We do not offer an option to change or cancel an item in your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order.
