1. What is the Wholesome Living Club Loyalty Program?

Wholesome Living Club Loyalty Program that allows you to earn points, redeem exciting rewards. Signing up is free and membership is for a lifetime!

2. How do I sign up for Wholesome Living Loyalty Program?

Browse Wholesome Living website

  1. Click on the ‘Human’ icon at the upper right corner of our website. A sign-up modal will appear. Alternatively, you can click HERE
  2. Click ‘New customer? Sign up for an account’.
  3. Register with Facebook, Google or LinkedIn account credentials or your email address.
  4. Filled up the details needed and click on ‘Create’.

Click on the ‘Human’ icon again and you should see your profile name updated, as well as other menu function available to Wholesome Living members.

3. How do I check my Wholesome Living tier status?

You can check your Wholesome Living club details by clicking on the widget at right bottom. Please login first before you can view the page.

4. When does my tier cycle start and end?

Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.

E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2023 and got upgraded to Silver on 20 Mar 2023.

Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 (12 months or 365 days)

New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2023 to 19 Mar 2024 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period)

7. When will my tier status be downgraded?

Classic Tier: Your tier cannot be downgraded. Your membership is for a lifetime and there is no spend required to maintain this tier.

E.g. You joined Wholesome Living Club on 1 Jan 2023. Your tier cycle is from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 (12 months or 365 days later). You spent RM100 on 3 Jan 2023 and thus accumulated spends as of 31 Dec 2023 is still RM100. You will stay as a Classic tier and your tier cycle is then updated to 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024 as of 1 Jan 2024.

 

Silver tier: Your tier status will be downgraded to Classic tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM1000, based on spends computed in your tier cycle. Your tier cycle will be over a 12-months period from your last tier change date.

E.g. You joined Wholesome Living Club on 1 Jan 2023. You spent RM1000 and got upgraded to Silver on 1 Apr 2023. Tier cycle is now from 1 Apr 2023 to 31 Mar 2024. You then spent another RM800 on 1 Oct 2023, which is within your tier cycle. However, as your total spend in tier cycle is only RM800 < RM1000, you will be downgraded to Classic tier after 31 Mar 2024. You will be Classic tier on 1 Apr 2024 with your tier cycle updated to 1 Apr 2024 to 31 Mar 2025.

 

Gold tier:Your tier status will be downgraded to Silver or Classic if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM2000, based on spends computed in your tier cycle. Your tier cycle will be over a 12-months period from your last tier change date.

8. What happens if my tier gets downgraded?

No worry, you’ll still get to enjoy the benefits of your new tier. As a Classic or Silver member, you still get to enjoy many benefits.

9. Will my tier be downgraded when I redeem my points?

No such thing! Redeeming your points won’t affect your tier. Tiers are determined by spends and not points. To maintain your tier status, you only need to meet an accumulated spend required for the tier.

10. How can I maintain my tier status?

To maintain your Wholesome Living Club tier status, you must continue to meet the minimum spend threshold for your tier in your tier cycle (within 12 months or 365 days of qualifying for that tier).

Gold Members: spend RM2000 or more within 12 months to maintain your status. Spends are computed in the 12-month period starting from your latest tier upgrade date.

Silver Members: spend RM1000-RM1999 to maintain your status. Spends are computed in the 12-month period starting from your latest tier upgrade date.

11. How do I earn Wholesome Points?

You can earn loyalty points by spending with us. Different tier will earn different amount loyalty points. All tiers will get 2x Wholesome Points during your birthday month.

Note: Points earned are based on your final purchase amount after subtracting any discount applied. The purchase amount also excludes shipping fees.

Classic Members:
Normal days: RM1 = 1 Wholesome Points. Birthday month: RM1 = 2 Wholesome Points

Silver Members:
Normal days: RM1 = 1.5 Wholesome Points (Wholesome Points will be row down if have decimal). For example, you spent RM65 x 1.5 = 97.5 Wholesome Points, system will be issued 97 Wholesome Points into your account. Birthday month: RM1 = 2 Wholesome Points

Gold Members:
Normal days: RM1 = 2 Wholesome Points. Birthday month: RM1 = 2 Wholesome Points

12. Will my Wholesome Points expire?

Your points will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period.

For example, if you earned 300 points on 1 Mar 2023 and 20 points on 10 Mar 2023, your point total of 320 points will expire on 31 Mar 2024.

For example, if you earned 200 points on 8 Sep 2023 and 50 points on 25 Sep 2023, your point total of 250 points will expire on 30 Sep 2024.

13. How do I view my point balance?

You can check your available point balance on ‘My Rewards’ page here, after logging into your account.

14. Can I use my points during checkout?

You won’t be able to redeem your points directly at checkout, so if you want to use your points, do head on over to ‘My Rewards’ page to redeem some exciting stuff first, where you’ll get a promo code if you successfully redeem a reward with points!

15. Will my points be deducted if I return my order?

Your points will not be deducted if your order is returned.

16. Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?

Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferrable.

17. How to claim a Birthday Reward?

Birthday rewards can be found under 'Discover' in the 'Rewards'. These rewards are claimable during your birthday month. To claim your birthday reward, simply click on 'Claim', and the reward will be redeemable under 'My Rewards'.

Please note that once a Birthday Reward has been claimed, it will expire within 30 days. For example, if your birthday is on March 1st and you claimed your birthday reward on March 10th, 2023, your reward will expire on April 9th, 2023.

18. Can I use multiple vouchers in a single order?

No. Our system can only accept a single voucher per order.

19. How does the Referral Program work?

You can share your referral link with your friends. They can click on the link and register for a new account in our loyalty program system.
