Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Red Chilli, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Lemongrass, Vinegar, Sugar, Canola Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves, Galangal, Garlic, Turmeric, Tamarind, Dried Chilli Powder, Bird's Eye Chilli.
1. Prepare 100g/1pkt Way Tom Yam Sauce with Coconut Cream (shake well before use), 5 stalks coriander, 1 piece soft tofu (cut into cubes), 1 tomato (cut into wedges), 50g oyster mushrooms, 350g fish/mixed seafood and 200~250g water.
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until fish/seafood is well cooked (approximately 7 mins), garnish with coriander. Serve.
