Ingredients:
Red Chilli, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Lemongrass, Vinegar, Canola Oil, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves, Salt, Galangal, Garlic, Turmeric, Tamarind, Dried Chilli Powder, Bird's Eye Chilli
Cooking Direction
1. Take 200g WAY Tom Yam Sauce, 10 stalks coriander, 1 piece soft tofu (cut into cubes), 2 tomatoes (cut into wedges), 100g oyster mushrooms, 300g fish or mixed seafood and water.
2. Cook all ingredients in a pot on medium heat until fish or seafood is fully cooked (15 to 20 mins). Serve.
Shake well before use.
Storage Method
Store in cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
