Ingredient(s): Shallot, Ginger, Canola Oil, Garlic Salt, Yeast Extract, Lemongrass, Sugar, Galangal.

Cooking Directions 

(A) Ingredients

- 200g Way Hainanese Chicken Rice Fragrant Sauce 

- 600g Rice

- 700g Water

(B) Instructions

- Cook rice in rice cooker, When rice is cooked, add 200g of Way Hainanese Chicken Rice Fragrant Sauce. Mix well.

Serves 5 pax

Shake well before use.

Storage Method
Store in cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
