Ingredient(s): Coconut Cream Extract [Fresh Coconut Extract, Water, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan)], Red chilli, Canola Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Turmeric, Tamarind, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Bird's Eye Chilli, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves.
1. Prepare 100g/1pkt Way Assam Pedas Sauce with Coconut Cream (shake well before use), 300g fish or mixed seafood (cut into bite size), 150g pineapple (cut into bite size) and 200g water.
2. Cook all ingredients at medium heat until fish/mixed seafood is well cooked. Serve. * Optional: add shredded ginger flower to enhance the taste.
