How To Use  
Apply the cream sparingly to affected area and massage thoroughly. Repeat when necessary. For first time use, rub/massage a small amount to the affected area and monitor level of local heat sensation before applying more or subsequent use. A gradual but long-lasting warm sensation will build up after 30 minutes of application.
