Can be eaten directly - simply eat as a relish with rice, breakfast rice gruel or a steamed bun
Can be cook - can be sliced or slivered and stir-fried with meat, chopped up and put over silken tofu.

Store in cool and dry place, avoid sunlights.
Refrigerate once opened.
