How to use
Can be used as a condiment, as an ingredient for dipping sauces, or just to eat with a simple rice, porridge, congee, or mantou (plain steamed buns).

This product is a fermented food, and sometimes white granular substances will appear on the surface (natural crystalline precipitate). The quality and flavour are not affected. Safe to eat.
The longer the product is stored, the deeper the color and the more mellow flavour.
