It is recommended to brush with this Tooth Polish 3 times per week. 
Only a pea-sized amount on the toothbrush is more than enough to get the job done. 
When used as directed, 1 x 30gm tube lasts up to 4 weeks. 

IMPORTANT: 
This Tooth Polish is NOT a toothpaste replacement. 
You still need daily cleaning with toothpaste during the day. 

HOW TO USE: 
Use ONCE a day (at NIGHT), 3 times every week (alternate days). Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a wet toothbrush. Brush teeth in circular motions, tongue and mouth for 2 minutes. Rinse well. 

OUR ADVICE: 
✓  After a whole day of staining teeth, best to use at NIGHT to scrub off the tough stains (no need to clean with toothpaste after). In the morning, use No Pain Toothpaste to clean teeth. 
✓  On nights you are not using the Tooth Polish, use the No Stain Toothpaste for maximum stain removal and maintenance of teeth brightness.

This natural toothpaste is ideal for the maintenance of teeth brightness and gum health.
