𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 is made of all grains such as Brown rice, Organic Spelt, Organic Barley, Organic Millet, Organic Quinoa, Black Wheat, Soy Wheat, and Black Sesame. This bread is good for heart. But compared to "Ultimate B&W", "Ancient Multi Grains" is not so moisture as B&W.  This is due to the fiber contains in Ancient Multi Grains is much more higher.

The enzyme in our bread who having the hibernation mode (sleeping mode) when it is in freezer.
