以前我也是膝盖疼，但是现在的我完全康复了。上下楼梯也不会痛了。因为有Dr Chan的gamacap😍😍

Taking it for my knee problem but noticed that it's helping my trigger finger too. Trigger finger was painful but after taking for about a week it seems to have loosen a bit. Still triggers but at least can close my hand a bit now. Will continue to eat this and see if my trigger finger recovers fully.
