Shop with Wholesome Living throughout the campaign period and stand a chance to be one of our Top 5 Spenders. The Top 5 qualifying customers will each receive:

1. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 1 to 31 October 2026.
Only eligible purchases made during the Campaign Period will be counted towards the Top Spender ranking.
2. Eligibility
This campaign is open to customers who:
• Make purchases through the official Wholesome Living online store (https://wholesomeliving.my/) during the Campaign Period.
• Complete payment successfully for their eligible orders.
• Provide valid customer and delivery information when placing their order.
• Meet all other criteria stated in these Terms & Conditions.
3. How the Top Spenders Are Determined
The Top 5 customers with the highest qualifying total spend during the Campaign Period will be selected as the winners.
Your total qualifying spend will be calculated based on the eligible order value of all qualifying purchases made during the Campaign Period.
Multiple orders placed by the same customer during the Campaign Period will be combined for the purpose of determining the customer's total spend.
4. Qualifying Spend
For the purpose of this campaign:
• Only successfully paid orders placed during the Campaign Period will be counted.
• The qualifying spend is based on the final eligible order amount after discounts and promotions.
• Shipping fees will not be included in the qualifying spend.
• Voucher discounts, promotional discounts and other deductions will be excluded from the qualifying spend.
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise invalidated will not be counted.
• Any order that is subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned may be deducted from the customer's total spend.
• Purchases made outside the Campaign Period will not be counted.
Wholesome Living reserves the right to verify orders and adjust the qualifying spend where necessary.
5. Prize
The Top 5 qualifying customers will each receive:
Dodum Korean Jujube Essence 100ml x 30s
A total of 5 prizes will be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, vouchers or other products.
6. Winner Verification
After the Campaign Period ends, Wholesome Living will review and verify all eligible purchases before determining the Top 5 Spenders.
The final ranking will be based on the total qualifying spend after taking into account any cancellations, refunds, returns, failed payments or other adjustments.
Wholesome Living's determination of the Top 5 Spenders shall be final.
7. Tie-Breaker
In the event that two or more customers have the same qualifying total spend, the customer whose qualifying spend reaches the tied amount first, based on the date and time of the qualifying order, will be ranked higher.
Wholesome Living reserves the right to verify the relevant order records for this purpose.
8. Winner Notification
The Top 5 Spenders will be contacted via WhatsApp using the phone number provided with their order.
Winners are responsible for ensuring that the phone number provided is valid and able to receive WhatsApp messages.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified period, Wholesome Living reserves the right to select the next eligible customer based on the final ranking.
Winners may be required to confirm their delivery details before the prize is fulfilled.
9. Prize Fulfilment
The prize will be delivered to the winner's valid delivery address.
The prize may be shipped together with a subsequent order or separately, at the discretion of Wholesome Living.
Wholesome Living will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the winner, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Fraudulent or Abusive Transactions
Wholesome Living reserves the right to exclude any transaction or customer from the campaign where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Fraudulent activity
• Unusual or suspicious purchasing activity
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
Any excluded transaction will not be included in the qualifying spend.
11. Changes to the Campaign
Wholesome Living reserves the right to modify or extend the campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions, where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate Wholesome Living channels where applicable.
12. General Terms
• By participating in the campaign, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Wholesome Living reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participating customers and transactions.
• Only transactions that meet all campaign requirements will be considered.
• Wholesome Living's decision regarding the eligibility of transactions and determination of the Top 5 Spenders is final.
