Tip: Replace 25% of the wheat flour with coconut flour, while also increasing the liquid by the same measure.
*If your recipe calls for 2 cups grain flour + 1 cup water,
*Replace with ½ cup coconut flour + 1 ½ cups grain flour + 1 ½ cups water.
