Organic chickpea flour (also known as garbanzo flour, gram flour and besan) is an excellent gluten free, high protein and an alternative to flour. It is a great flour to use in vegan recipes due to its wonderful binding properties leaving no need for the use of eggs.

Suggestion Use:
