Product Merchandising Process:
1. Meat Preparation: The meat is marinated and tenderized in exclusive sauce and kneaded for 10-15 minutes so that the marinade can be fully absorbed. 2. Savory Stock: Specially selected bones from the meat are simmered over high temperatures for 4-6 hours to extract their natural essence and rich flavors to form a savory concentrated stock.

The mixture is then left to simmer for up to 30 minutes so that the natural flavors of the stock are fully absorbed into each ingredient, resulting in a delicious bowl of healthy broth porridge.

A: The sterilized soft packaging of the broth porridge, also known as the “soft can”, goes through a process of high temperature and high-pressure sterilization that kills the germs in the product while its being packed for storage. This way, the product can be conveniently stored in room temperatures by the customers at home.
Q: How to prepare / cook the porridge?
A:
a.3 minutes Microwave - Open & pour the porridge out. then microwave for 3 mins
b. Soak with hot water - Place the aluminum foil bag in boiling water & soak for 7-10 mins.
c. Mix & match with favorite ingredient - Open and cook the porridge with optional ingredients like egg, green onion & etc. Ready to serve after boiling.
Precaution: DO NOT heat up the Aluminum Foll Bag in Microwave! Don't consume the product aluminum foil bag is open, torn, damaged, expanded or it content smells abnormal once open.
